Le Label 619

This exhibition is linked to Label 619, founded by Run. new illustrations will be able to plunge back into the unique universe of this manga-inspired work, which has become essential in the landscape of contemporary comics. The label defends comics anchored in its time, nourished by varied influences such as urban cultures, animation or design.

By leaving great freedom to authors, it allows the emergence of projects with singular forms and stories, often at the crossroads of genres. Conceived as a three-volume mini-series published by Rue de Sèvres, Shin Zero continues its rereading of the Sentai myth in a disillusioned future where superheroes, once glorified, are now reduced to accomplishing missions via a specialized application. Label 619 has thus established itself as a creative space where strong universes develop, supported by a true visual and narrative identity.

Label 619 has seen the emergence and support of several major authors of the contemporary scene, including Mathieu Bablet, Neyef and Guillaume Singelin.
