About the exhibition

FIAP Paris welcomes the Association of Young Korean Artists for the exhibition “Difference and connection” from May 13 to June 26, 2026, with an opening on May 13 at 6:30 p.m.

On the occasion of the 140th anniversary of diplomatic relations between France and Korea, this exhibition explores the notion of otherness: the other as foreigner, mirror and source of transformation. Bringing together 14 artists – 7 Koreans living in France and 7 French – the project highlights crossed paths and hybrid forms of creation, nourished by experience from elsewhere.

In a place dedicated to international meetings, this exhibition offers a sensitive and contemporary look at the links between the two countries, between artistic dialogue, cultural exchanges and shared visions of the world.
