About the exhibition

FIAP Paris presents "Contrastes" a photographic exhibition by Gaëlle Christmann and Richard Fournillon, two perspectives that intersect around the same language: street photography.

Through a visual dialogue built on contrast and opposition, each infuses their own rhythm and sensitivity. Their approach is based on a keen observation of the urban environment, capturing these fleeting moments where the poetry of everyday life and the beauty of the banal are revealed.

In their photos, the architecture traces its lines, the light sculpts the volumes, and the silhouettes of passers-by punctuate this multiple reading of the city. A vision that is both structured and spontaneous, graphic and deeply human, where the gaze of one extends that of the other.

Exhibition from June 4 to August 28, 2026
