About the exhibition

Petrichor refers to the singular smell that rises from the earth after the rain. A discreet and invisible phenomenon, but full of memory and emotion.

With Pétrichor, the artist gives shape to this natural phenomenon through a series of new illustrations, designed specifically for the exhibition. She explores the intimate connection between bodies, landscapes and diffuse sensations. The rain acts as a trigger: it reveals what was buried, soothes and transforms ordinary space into sensitive territory.

We discover vast, more or less cottony skies, vibrant green countryside landscapes, lichens in gray-green and saffron yellow tones, delicate moss, and the presence of water in all its forms, both as a subject and as a medium.
